Da quando mi sono spostato con maggiore stabilità in Toscana, le corse collinari sono diventate praticamente il mio pane quotidiano.
Per cui, mi sono un po’ auto interrogato su come poter affrontare al meglio questo genere di terreni e come migliorare.
