I invite you to give your feelings some space today.

Take this moment to sit with yourself.

Sit with who you were yesterday,

or a month ago,

or a year.

Sit with who you are right now.

Breathe at a pace comfortable to you.

Release any sense of regret,

Pain,

Fear,

Or shame.

Release the need to categorize or justify.

Simply allow what comes to come.

Hold this image of yourself with tenderness.

Slowly dissolve the walls that keep it inside,

and open yourself up to process the pain,

so you can be open to healing.

Healing begins when you bring yourself love,

and understanding.

Healing begins when you allow your feelings to be heard,

To be seen.

Go in gently today.

Let waves of compassion wash through you,

So that you may see yourself clearly,

and you may heal yourself fully.
