Episode 5: In this teaching Harvey Aronson/Lama Namgyal Dorje unpacks the basic message of the Uttaratantra (Sublime Continuum): each of us is already a fully-formed buddha, and we practice simply to realize that nature. He contrasts the approach of sutric practices–that guide us along the steps we need to take to realize our buddha nature–with tantric practices in which we simply relax into our already-buddha-ness.
