The overuse of smartphones is a growing problem and one that seems to worsen in the cold, dark days of winter. Our phones can keep us up late, distracting us from day-to-day tasks, and filling us with anxiety, yet, many of us can't seem to break away.

So this could be the perfect time to consider a digital detox. Jamey Ordolis is a digital lifestyle expert with CBC Life, and she spoke with Russell Bowers about identifying and correcting some of our bad phone behaviours.
