The DC Nation Podcast makes a summer appearance as we throw back to the animation days of this show with the return of our old friend Michael J. Petty to review Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. Although, based on the controversy and terrible reviews surrounding this film our discussion turned into a process of deciphering Director Zack Snyder’s decisions with giving suggestions on comic book material that will help you better enjoy the movie. Again, Marvel has proven to us that you can enjoy a comic book movie without doing so much work which we use as a model to give disappointed DC Comics fans hope that things can turn around with the hype surrounding David Ayers Suicide Squad and Warner Bros. placing Geoff Johns In a role similar to Kevin Feige’s position over at Marvel. Also, it would not be a DC Nation Podcast if Nico didn’t stop by to report casting news on all of our favorite DC TV Shows returning this Fall including The Flash, Supergirl, Gotham, Arrow and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.
