Het was een heftig jaar voor de Raad voor Cultuur. Zijn advies aan het kabinet om de bezuinigingen op kunst en cultuur gefaseerd in te voeren werd in de wind geslagen. Daarom stapte voorzitter Els Swaab op. Op 15 november trad de nieuwe voorzitter aan: Joop Daalmeijer. En hij is in onze laatste reguliere uitzending van dit jaar te gast bij Botte Jellema. Ze maken de balans van het jaar op, en kijken naar het komende jaar.
