The cloud is old. Even firms that are sceptical are now moving fast to the cloud. Small business are now expecting more. They want to work in a different relationship.
There are 4 fundamentals :-
- Cloud / technology
- Social business
- Pricing customer
- Process – experience
Accountants to become advisors. Many are guilty of random acts of consulting. It is necessary to systematise the offering of advisory services. The trusted advisor is the most overused term.
The Radical CPA uses these four fundamentals and create businesses that are delivering real value.
It is not just outsourced accounting services.
Social – is finding your customer and talking to them where they are. Hanging out with your customer. Inbound marketing – talk about what is important. Obtain leads because of brand building.
Value – new transparency in relationship when using cloud and social. Mix of fixed and value pricing.
Fixed price is based on a number of transactions, gross receipts and client personality.
Process / Experience – touch points – where are interacting with your clients. Use technology to enhance experience. Everything must be customer facing.
It is imperative that you niche.
