Moving to value pricing has been more than just transformation of business but also life.
There is confusion around value billing, fixed pricing and value pricing. Billing is after the event, Pricing is prior to the work. A value price may be a fixed price but a fixed prices is not necessarily a value price. A fixed price is often a formula whereas a value prices is methodology.
