Shalita, like many Black women in the media, experienced significant hair trauma and hair loss by Hollywood hairstyling practices. She also shares how it led to her leaving NCIS, getting into trauma therapy, repairing her soul, and creating the patent-pending hair treatment, Four Naturals.
