Are you a parent looking for ways to deepen your relationship with your children while creating greater awareness, empathy, and connection?

If so, then conscious parenting could be just what your family needs!

Conscious parenting is a term that is being thrown around more and more, but what does it mean?

This parenting technique is all about creating an environment of understanding and communication between parents and children. It’s not just focused on providing structure or discipline; it also emphasizes building trust and producing meaningful conversations. Through consciously parenting our children, we are able to nurture creative thought processes while honoring each individual's personal values - leading us closer towards being a more sustainable society together.

In this episode, Robbin and I talk about:

  • Our childbirth experiences and how it impacted the way we view parenting
  • Key elements of conscious parenting

I had so much fun recording this episode with Robbin. I hope you enjoy the conversation too!
