This is one of the most important mindsets to take on as an entrepreneur. Taking your focus off of the services, products, and commodities that you provide and putting your focus on creating value for every single client, patient, or customer will help you have HAPPIER CLIENTS, BETTER RESULTS, MAKE MORE MONEY, AND ENJOY THE RIDE!

So how do you put your focus on creating value? Here's how:

1- Get clear in your mind that commodities that people buy should not be the focus. The focus should be set on the value that that commodity creates.

2- Ask your clients, patients, or customers open ended questions to figure out what about this product, service, or commodity is most important to them.

3- Once you've figured out what is actually most important to them, make them understand how the product, service, or commodity that you're offering is going to get them the thing that they really want.
