“I love food. I realise that’s a basic statement and might not sound like it warrants a whole load of page-time but for me it does. Food is the great passion and pleasure of my life. Reading cookbooks, shopping for ingredients, spending hours in the kitchen, making it, serving it and then eating it. Brilliant”
