Cesario Ramos works on large scale Agile product development all over the world in banking, insurance, and high tech industries. He started back in 1999 with eXtreme Programming and started his first Scrum Team back in 2002 and was the CTO at codecentric NL, a product manager at Atos, a consultant at Xebia, a hard-core Java developer and the lead software architect at PANalytical.

Cesario is the author of the book ‘EMERGENT – Lean & Agile adoption for an innovative workplace’ and co- author of the book 'A Scrum Book’. He is a frequent invited speaker at conferences around the world and organizer of the international Large Scale Scrum (LeSS). He is also a Professional Scrum Trainer at scrum.org and a certified Life Coach and Team Coach.
