Nico Richter (@nicorichter) is the founder of Paleo360.de (http://www.paleo360.de/), Germany’s biggest Paleo website and the bestselling author (together with his wife Michaela) of two print cookbooks and several e-books. His last book "Paleo - Power every day” even led the German Amazon rankings in cookbooks for several weeks.
