At some point in my teens, I realised something (extremely) powerful: if I could see someone living the life I wanted, it meant that life was possible for me too. Simple, yet it changed my life.
That day, I stopped feeling helpless. I stopped making excuses. And I started showing up for myself and for the life I dream of.
Since then, I’ve applied this mindset to everything. From getting into med school, moving across the world, starting YouTube, singing live in bars, and even healing from heartbreak as gracefully and radically as I could.
In this episode, I’m sharing what that simple mindset shift is and how you can use it to start building your dream life too.
