Here's something the toxic diet culture doesn't want you to know: you don't have to exercise to lose weight. I lost 200 pounds with zero exercise. I know that diet and exercise have been touted as the magical weight loss cure. But you absolutely do not have to exercise to lose weight.

Yes, pursuing fitness will definitely make your weight-loss journey easier. But if we're super honest about it, exercising when you're obese is a nightmare.
