Meredith is a DJ/producer born and raised in Staten Island, NY. She was always a collector of vast amounts of music and grew up listening to all styles, from Afrobeat to hip-hop to reggae. Growing up in the big apple, she began venturing into NYC nightlife in her later teenage years. Although she wasn't aware of it at the time, her great passion for underground music was born. Upon completing her Bachelor's Degree in Health & Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Management from the University of Delaware, Meredith worked various office jobs and was left feeling unfulfilled. Commuting from Staten Island to Manhattan on public transportation was a lengthy process and she would find solace in her music along the way. By the end of her long work days, she was typically left with only enough time for a visit to the gym, where music was a crucial factor in helping her to stay motivated and entertained during workouts. Her passion for music during this time became so loud and contagious that she knew she had to make a career-changing move. Meredith has found her calling as a DJ/producer with BTR for over 8 years, where she hosts The Afrobeat Show, Caribbean Fever, and Xtreme Endurance.
