For this episode I sat down and talked to Ollie Frost. Having finished his professional rugby career 5 or so years ago, Ollie is now a mobility and movement coach based in South London. He has reworked his body after the years of intense training and abuse it sustained during his rugby career. Using a wide range of approaches to unpick the movement limitations he previously had, Ollie shares what motivates him to move the way he does and why he thinks all levels of movement and fitness should be celebrated.
