For more than a decade, Jessica has been educating people to support and embrace a more diverse environment.
With a Masters in Higher Education Administration and her background as a College Administrator in South Carolina, Oregon, New York & Arizona, Jessica is well versed in the education space.
She has worked in various student services offices on university campuses, as well as acting in a range of advisory roles relating to LGBT (Lesbian Gay, Bi Sexual and Transgender) and Women’s support services.
Jessica has also established a Centre for Social Justice Leadership in Arizona and worked as a Presidential advisor for Diversity in California.
Jessica believes that organisations need to stop waiting to be good enough and step into being good enough now!
