The Doctor also shared his tips on dealing with side stitches. Side stitches are those sharp pains that hit you on the right side of your stomach when you exercise too hard. The fat guy has never exercised hard enough to experience them, but the doctor says they are pretty common. You'll have to listen to the podcast to get his tips.
