Rinat is an extremely accomplished 39 year-old woman. She’s still single. This is a great and productive session as we learn how one special person opened Rinat’s eyes to her intimacy obstacles. The session concludes with a discovery of Rinat’s relationship to the ideals of family and how that manifests in her dating life as an individual on her own road. Rinat’s highly generous vulnerability in her own story is a gift to the rest of us trying to uncover our own selves. In Rinat’s own words about this session—“It was so touching to be part of your show and I'm still having a hard time believing I opened up like this, very not on character. It makes me embarrassed and yet I do hope those worlds will be a help even one person out there to overcome their challenges with being vulnerable.” Rinat Sherzer is an interdisciplinary scientist, engineer & experience designer. Creating ventures at the intersection of tech, design & social good. She is the founder of two ventures aligned with her vision: It Makes Sense; a non-profit organization helping people deal with anxiety https://dsi.sva.edu/project/it-makes-sense/ and Of Course; https://www.ofcourseglobal.com/ an agency empowering businesses to become a force of good in society and incorporate social innovation in their practice. Among their clients are Capital One, Pfizer and Global Citizen. Rinat holds a Bachelor in Biotechnology Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, Israel and a MFA - Design for Social Innovation from the School of Visual Arts, NYC. Rinat teaches Sensory Design as well as Human-Centered Design in many universities such as: Harvard, Cooper Union, CCS, Cornell, NYU, Bard, Parsons and Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Rinat’s deepest passion lies in helping women reclaim their power and does that through mentoring, lectures and workshop facilitation around the world.
