It’s not easy. You’re probably going to see things in your own life that either you haven’t seen before or things that you’ve been working hard to avoid. Some of them might be small things- little idiosyncrasies you do that are unique to you but have become unhelpful habits. Some of them, though, might be more significant- like the limiting beliefs we all carry inside about who we are or who we could be in this life. Regardless, this is some of the most important work you can do to develop capacity within yourself to reach for bigger dreams.
