Night terrors are a horrible experience for parents. Your child will often wake up crying, screaming, shouting, thrashing about and basically having a tantrum in their sleep. They will often be inconsolable and difficult to wake up. In this podcast we discuss what night terrors are, what causes night terrors and how you can stop night terrors in your child, toddler or baby. Which should hopefully lead to a better nights sleep.
