In this episode Alex and BIG Sean are joined by Sean's Jeet Kune Do teacher, Steve Golden. Steve, who was a student of both Kenpo Great Ed Parker, and JKD founder Bruce Lee, talks about what he considers to be the "root" of Jeet Kune Do. The guys go over Steve's history in the martial arts, and then really dive in on things such as Distance, Timing, Broken Rhythm and the Five Ways of Attack. It is a must listen for all those that are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the oral traditions of Bruce Lee's method.
