In this episode, Detective Brett Lee educates Years 10, 11 and 12 students about the dangers of 'sexting'. Highly recommended listening for parents of late teens and all high school teachers. A confronting message at times yet one we all need to hear. *Please note: The following seminar was designed for Years 10, 11 and 12 students and is not recommended for younger listeners without parental consent. On Tuesday 16th May an expert on child safety, Brett Lee, presented the following seminar to the Years 10, 11 and 12 students of CCPS about “keeping safe online”. Mr. Lee has an extensive career in law enforcement having worked for the Queensland Police for many years as both an officer and a detective working specifically in this field. Through the company he created, Internet Education & Safety Services, Brett’s mission is to equip and educate young Australians with the skills and knowledge to enable them to use the Internet safely whilst making them aware of their rights and responsibilities in the cyber world. During this presentation he delivers a commanding message with powerful, sometimes confronting truths about cyber safety – information today’s young people need to hear.
