Maladaptive goals refer to objectives that are detrimental to one's well-being or development, while adaptive goals are those that promote growth and positive outcomes.

Additionally, the way in which we think about and approach our goals, as well as our ability to be non-judgmental about ourselves and work through our challenges, can play a significant role in our ability to achieve success.

Today’s episode is a goal orientation check-in. We discuss family programming, or the beliefs, values, and behaviors modeled by one's family of origin, that can greatly impact the success of your goals.
