Welcome to the entrepreneur like you with business attorney and entrepreneur chance reynolds, a daily podcast that brings you the best legal tips, marketing strategies and storytelling tactics that will help you grow your business the right way.

So once again, it's been proven that facebook for me is by far the best way to spend eighty percent of my time and I know that there are all these apps and things that could block facebook from your computer and you know, supposedly help you be become more productive. But if you're in online business, I would say probably you don't want to use those apps because providing value on facebook is one of the ways is the number one way I've gotten my customers. That's not. I'm not talking about running ads. I'm not talking to her about a pushing people over to my website. I'm talking about going into facebook groups were not my facebook groups, but other groups that I'm in. People will ask a question about something and then you just provide a valuable answer to them. My friend, uh, are not really a friend, but I, a pretty close acquaintance of mine who have talked about on here before, does this so well, uh, with affiliate marketing stuff.

So he just lives basically in the, in the clickfunnels facebook group. And as soon as somebody posts a question in there, he's on it because he knows that software backwards and forwards. And so he can almost provide an answer to any question that somebody asks, especially if it's tech related or, um, a question about how to promote clickfunnels as an affiliate because he's definitely like for real an expert on those things. And, um, I've even seen him help out the tech team and he's, it's just a matter time before he's like big time in that group, uh, you know, like an administrator of that group. But, um, I go into facebook groups, like, uh, this, this past couple weeks I've been focusing more on real estate investment, uh, just for an example of how I do this. So you always hear, you know, provide value free free, valuable information up front and you know, the sales will come on the back end.

And Man, it's so true when it comes to facebook groups for sure for me because I'll go into like one of these real estate groups in each and every day somebody asks about an LLC, it's literally every single day and as soon as they asked about it a little, see, I will provide them information because in the same way that Katelyn is an expert on understanding how click funnels works and how to run affiliate offers and he can kind of provide any information that is necessary to those people. I'm that way with the little c's and maybe one other person that kind of has a, has a pretty good grasp on the LLC, but most of the time, even if they don't understand it at the level that I do, um, because if there are not a lot of go into these groups, my son's sneezing in the background.

But a lot of attorneys go into these groups. So sometimes it's a CPA and they have like a 95 percent understanding of it if they're a good CPA and they'll defer the question over to an attorney because that's just generally not where their training is. There's some, I've met some CPAS that are on my same level of understanding, but for the most part in those groups to other people providing LLC information don't know what the hell they're talking about. So I'll provide information. Somebody will ask follow-up questions. Half the people that respond, we'll have something positive to say. The other half will try to argue with me about whether or not it's true, but I kind of like when that happens because I get to show everyone in the group exactly where those people are wrong because I can tell exactly. If somebody is right, I'll say yes, that's exactly right, but if someone is wrong, I'm not just going to let that linger out there.

I need to correct that. If I want to be the expert in, I really want to provide value to people in the group and so I will correct that information. I will make sure that all the information on there is perfect and of course, you know when you're talking about legal stuff, there's always a couple of different avenues, but there's an easy way to kind of just couch everything that you say as an expert is like in this situation, if you're doing this, this is what you need because you never know what he's doing until you could get them on the phone. So if you do that, your messenger will start blowing up. People will start sending you messages, friend requesting you. I'm requesting at least if they're up for in requesting you, they'll request access to send you messages, which is just the same as being a friend basically better actually, if you had one or the other, you'd rather them message you directly and they'll ask about your prices.

They'll ask about who you are, where you're located. And that will start up a conversation yesterday. I provided value on one post and that led to three new leads that particularly are going to make me thousands of dollars. So, um, especially when it comes to real estate investors, they need a lot of [inaudible] and I'm just realizing how many they actually need and even if I'm offering a deal that, you know, I'll, I'll set up your first llc for a hundred 97. Then after that I'll do them for 100 bucks and if they set up four or five little sees a year, that's, that's pretty good return on investment for me, especially if they're using my registered agency service which could be, you know, a couple of hundred more dollars per year in perpetuity. So just spending 10, 15 minutes on facebook lead me to being in conversations with people on Messenger and on the telephone.

And that's generally like how I like to close them and talk to them on the telephone. Um, led to that, taking up my entire day, your strand to reschedule my whole day because I made one value posts in a group that I'm not even an ad administrator have. And uh, it's just such a great way to spend time. And that's one great way. When you hear people say, just provide value, provide value, you've got to provide value. I mean blogging is a good way to do it. Videos is another good way of of providing value, but the best way I've found is going into facebook groups and answering questions that are asked about my specific niche in my specific skills and so whatever your skills are, even if it's flooded, there's some room for you to participate and even if somebody is already answered the question, hop on there and answer to give because maybe that maybe somebody's going to see your answer instead of the other person who's in your niche so that that's how I do it. Get it all the facebook groups that are surrounding that. People are going to have questions about what you offer.

Look forward to go to the left of the group on a desktop and search for the terms that relate to your niche and then answer everywhere. I don't care if it's six months ago. Somebody asked the question two years ago. Somebody asked the question in that group. Then provide your value and just say, I mean, don't just say like pm me for details, provide the value in the open, just give it away for free, just like you wouldn't know youtube video or something, just make it in a post, take your time, make it thoughtful, but it doesn't have to be perfect, but it has to answer the question and it can't be salesy. Just just provide the value. Don't expect to sell to sell to that person, but just expect that you're going to provide them value and then the sales and the leads will, will come on the back end.

So that's what I do it. Gosh, it work so well. It's, it's easily by far the, the way I've gotten to know more leads than any sort of adds any, anything else. That's the number one way of doing it. So if you want to check out what I'm doing with real estate investment, go to my youtube channel. I need some subscribers, man. It's really pathetic because I have some good stuff on there and I give a lot of views, um, in the past, but I kind of neglected youtube for a while, but I need to build a backup. So go to LLC, freedom dot [inaudible] slash youtube. Get on there. If you have any questions about [inaudible] or real estate wholesaling or investing, will c's to protect your business and yourself and your personal assets. Email me at chance at LLC, freedom. . Everybody. Have a great day.

I'm going to keep it up and I just wanted to say thank you. Also if you want to figure out the three ways that most entrepreneurs are getting themselves sued, you can head over to llc, freedom dot [inaudible] slash get sued. I have a little freebie there that kind of outlines the three major ways that people are getting sued and how they can easily be avoided.
