I'm still building my facebook page, still doing the facebook lives and telling my story on facebook. Kind of has the course I'm teaching is helping me build my personal brand. I'm so two days of following Jordan pain. Is it Jordan Stanley paid? Yeah, Jordan Stanley pains, um, personal branding, little course on real estate investment and really applying it to the business that I already have a job while I'm getting ready to ramp up my real estate investment stuff and I already made sales through my personal facebook page two sales per day. I'm using the little hack that, that he suggested. It's not even a hack really. That's just about getting on your personal facebook page, building your friend list up as big as you possibly can, just growing your audience through your personal facebook profile. I keep saying facebook page through your personal facebook profile and I'm growing that as large as you can. Doing the facebook lives, reaching out, establishing yourself as kind of a trustworthy expert in whatever field it is that you're in. His specific niche is real estate investment and I'm getting into real estate investment as that talks about on here every single day for about the past, probably [inaudible] one day. It's probably like three weeks. I've been talking about doing it on here, maybe even longer, but um, it's not necessarily taking longer to get into it. It's just

building a business takes time so you have to be patient. I wish I was out like wheeling and dealing and actually closing deals already, but I'm making progress so it's frustrating. Three weeks ago I would've thought I'd be further than I am, but I've built enough businesses to know you gotta be patient. Like if you're trying to do something for long term, you know, wealth accumulation, which is what real estate investment is, what's long term building than a, you really have to understand that that's not gonna happen overnight, at least for most people. Some people it will, but most of the time there's a long string of failures behind that. So anyway, just to kind of recap what I've done this week, it's Thursday now. I got this course I think only on Tuesday and I'm one of the first steps is to build up your facebook page to the maximum amount of, of her facebook profile.

Jesus, I'm never going to get that right. I'm just going to keep saying facebook page. When I say facebook page, I mean I'm in profile. Build your profile out to 5,000 friends as quickly as you can. All while you know con start for the, you to start a podcast. Obviously I already have a podcast, um, while telling your story through a podcast or some other vehicle like youtube or something like that. So he kind of suggest doing all that at the same time. I'm using facebook live instead of youtube right now, but eventually I will just download those facebook live videos and put them on youtube or maybe even do some youtube live videos. I just have no audience on youtube right now. I haven't cracked the code on how to build a youtube audience yet. I wish I knew a little bit more about how to do it, but I understand you to understand how to get the videos to understand how to do the thumbnail images.

All of that stuff is like super easy and I understand how to build the stuff into play lists. It's just getting people over there. Um, that's a problem. But after I get my facebook page larger, probably it will be a little bit easier. I'll do some exclusive youtube live streams or something, but they come up to like 1500 friends on facebook. I did a kind of hit a snag yesterday. So I grew my friends list so big that I'm facebook, like shut my close my account, made me change my profile, made me change my password. And um, I was afraid like, oh no, there are some things that they thought I was using some sort of third party platform. They thought my facebook had been hacked essentially is what it is that maybe review everything that I had done, like posts and a friend requests and pictures that had been posted in any comments I had posted and look at them.

And OK them and make sure that nobody else was posting for me. Um, so yeah, that was, I was like, oh no, are ready like day one as usual. I took it too far and they like shut me down. But, but after that it's been all good and smooth sailing and people are reaching out and I only need to make, you know, if I was to make just one sale per day, um, you know, seven days a week, that would be a long term, extremely successful business for me right now. I'm not making one sale a damn making, you know, several sales a week. But I'm not averaging one sale per day just yet. And um, since I've been doing this, I'm averaging a sale per day. I mean it's only been two days, but uh, I'm averaging a little bit more than that and I have one set up today that I think I'm going to close the deal on.

So I'm getting a lot better at kind of driving people from to my, to my facebook messenger and then driving them there to get on the phone and then closing them. And I was having people kind of fill out a form first and then reviewing the form and then asking for payment, but I was hitting snags where I was spending a lot of time helping people and then when it came time to get collect payment, they weren't pulling the trigger, so now they have to pay before they do anything else. And I switched to that last week after I got burned, like twice, like spending a lot of time helping people. And then I'm, I'm guessing they just went elsewhere, which is fine. Um, that's their prerogative. But that's my mistake. Like I need to collect payment first. So the funnel that I have going right now is driving people, you know, targeting strategically targeting people on my facebook profile friend requesting, you know, entrepreneurs, whether they're real estate investors or online entrepreneurs targeting those people, providing facebook alive value to them.

I'm showing them that I am an expert in the [inaudible] arena, which I am. I'm not faking it until I make it or anything like that. I actually am very experienced when it comes to solving that specific problem. Showing them that I'm doing that, driving them to messenger from messenger, getting them on the phone, or even using the phone option, the call option inside of facebook messenger, you didn't have to get on the phone, you can actually call them. I prefer to call them on the phone. That way I have their number and I could text them if I need to and a closing them on the phone. It's, it's as simple as that. That's a very simple funnel. But, uh, you only need to, you don't need to drive a million people through there. If you have a product that is a least $100 at least where you're making like $100 profit per transaction, um, it's doable to do all that without hiring a staff or anything like that.

And if it gets any more crowded than it is right now, I will hire a, you know, a, a freelancer to help me out when it gets too busy. You can get legal freelancers online, you can hire online, um, legal assistance and things like that. Paralegals as well. So there's tons of stuff you can do on upwork. Also, I am building a piece of software, most likely I'm going to do that. If I make a sale today, I will take that money and build a piece of software to help people automate the, a profile facebook profile, friend requests, growth kind of hack. So that's something that's on the horizon. I'm probably going to sell that from like 19 bucks. Um, it's just, I, I have kind of a piece of equipment that helps me do that, but I don't want to suggest it because it's not, it's not fully formed.

Um, what I use, and I'm, I suspect that's what got my profile flagged either way. That's what's going on this week. I noticed this one's a little bit longer, but a check out my, uh, you can just search chance reynolds or llc freedom. Plus you have to pay your state fees. So 1:47 down from my normal price of two 97. I'm doing, I think I told one guy that he was going to be locked in at number six. So there's four spots left. You need to be spending more time on facebook if possible. Just if you're going to be on facebook, just be productive on facebook. That's it. That's all you gotta do. So that's what I'm learning.
