Tutela ambientale tra Europa e Cina. Lo scorso febbraio oltre dieci milioni di litri di veleni oleosi sono stati riversati nelle acque del Lambro, e quindi del Po. Le procure locali hanno aperto fascicoli per disastro ambientale e inquinamento delle acque; le associazioni ambientaliste hanno promosso manifestazioni. Recentemente, nella popolosa provincia cinese di Sichuan, uno scarico di azoto ammoniacale ha massacrato l'ecosistema del fiume Pihe. Eppure nulla si è mosso. Anche se sono state intraprese importanti riforme, la tutela delle risorse naturali in Cina è ancora lacunosa. Chi è la voce della natura maltrattata? Chi può chiedere un risarcimento? Cosa fanno (se ci sono) gli ambientalisti in Cina? E gli imprenditori? Ne approfittano?
