Rennie Resmini, vocalist and co-founder of Starkweather joins us for this episode. I’ve admired Starkweather for many years; their career stretches all the way back to 1992 with their first LP Crossbearer. They’ve twisted the hardcore punk genre by incorporating metal, progressive rock, noise rock and other less obvious elements like The Birthday Party into their own unique style.

We get into a variety of different topics such as

  • Authors influenced the vibe of Rennie’s lyrics
  • Some movie recommendations for fans of horror and extreme films

Intro : John Carpenter – Obsidian

Outro : Starkweather – The End of All Things
