Have you wondered if your kid needs therapy? Do you personally struggle with managing your kids’ behaviors? I’m joined by Ryanne Mellick, a pre-licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience working alongside children, adults, and families. Ryanne is certified yoga instructor, with a specialty certification in pediatric mental health yoga. Through a trauma-informed lens, Ryanne uses cognitive behavioral therapy paired with integrative and mindfulness-based practices with my clients and families to ensure an individual and collaborative approach. Her years of experience in various mental health settings have provided her with a great deal of knowledge, training, and expertise that sheI brings into her work.

As therapists, Ryanne and I talk candidly about how we approach working with kids and parents in a therapeutic setting. We chat openly about our own experiences becoming a mom and how that has impacted how we work with clients. Learn how therapy can be immensely impactful for changing the way you view yourself as a mom and how it can transform your family.

Be sure to check out Ryanne Mellick!
