Hosts Caitlyn Kelleher and Joy Richard are joined by two representatives of Burlington Cable Access Television (BCAT).

Rich, BCAT's news director, joins Caitlyn and Joy in the studio while Phil, a member of BCAT's Board of Directors, joins the conversation via the phone. The group discusses how BCAT was formed and how the staff has developed a focus on local elections.

The group also talks about preparing the candidates for on-camera interviews, prepping for televised forums, and the collabration between television and print.

This episode is the second in a series of episodes talking about local elections and how Wicked Local journalists cover all aspects of these annual (or bi-annual) events.
