Episode 19 with Kate Courtney (@kateplusfate). I didn’t know if this interview was going to happen until I was in northern California and it worked out - and I am so glad it did! Kate is one of the best in the MTB world and has an incredibly bright career ahead of her. She’s also figured out some awesome systems to help her balance her social media presence with the things she actually cares about and keeping her phone’s role as a tool not a time suck. Kate’s no stranger to busy roads and close calls in the Bay Area and has some great insights on distracted driving. You don’t want to miss this one! Thank you for sharing your time and thoughts, Kate!
