Albert Einstein once said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them." It’s not impossible for anyone to understand what it can feel like to dislike a part of yourself. Body image issues are deeply ingrained in our culture, and most women, and men, feel that some part of themselves isn’t good enough. Many women create unhealthy relationships with food, yo-yo dieting in between binge eating. Samantha Skelly has shared her fight with food, and began to help other women to feel empowered by their bodies, instead of burdened by them.
