我们的嘉宾可以解答这个问题。他是沈永阁先生，经历了中国的摇滚时代、流行时代和偶像时代。。80年代，他在日本是音乐产业的参与者和观察者，90年代他又将日本歌手九井法子引入中国，后来创立了竹书文化，捧红了陈琳、杨坤等歌手，2014年还出任过天娱音乐总裁。

由于本期节目其实访谈了2个多少小时，也不忍心舍弃掉太多内容，因此会分为上下两集，上集讲述他所亲身经历的中日韩音乐产业和偶像产业的变化，下集来聊中国的偶像和偶像市场的未来。
