This week we're stoked to chat to Andy Maher about the often-stuffy world of sports media, what it's like to watch his daughters run out onto the footy field on weekends, sticking by the Blues in dog days, and waiting for the arseholes to die.

You'd recognise Andy from his arvo show on SEN, as one of the hosts of Channel 7's The Front Bar and the Carlton Show podcast, and his myriad other writing and commentary gigs. Frankly, he has too many jobs.

Our artwork was designed by Steph Hughes, and our theme song is 'Here if You Need' by Wet Lips.
