On to today’s episode where I’m talking to the chairperson of Pregnancy Sickness support who talks about the work the charity does to support those experiencing extreme sickness during pregnancy, as well as her own experience of it during her pregnancies which followed loss.
I want to share a couple of trigger warnings. I wasn’t aware until we started talking just how extreme the implications of Hyperemesis Gravidarum could be but during the episode the chairperson talks of people who have terminated their pregnancies and even attempted to take their own lives due to the symptoms being completely overwhelming. This is clearly a difficult topic so please do seek support from Pregnancy Sickness Support if it affects you.
Every time you listen, subscribe, rate and review the podcast you are helping me reach more and more people and grow the support I can offer them. It really does mean so much to me! Thank you!
