A sneak peak into my mind of what I think with regard to how this word commercialisation has become bigger than education in general. With an increase of the popularity of certain fitness/wellness programs. We get lost due to so many choices out there, we naturally gravitate to what media and peers are telling us. It's not wrong but are the choices we're making positively benefiting us or is it just another program out there for your money? Right choices and good judgement needs to be made when you put your body on the line and in the hands of anyone else. The responsibility now becomes two sided, both trainers and yourself.
