PRYCD analyzes where to send your next mailer, pulls owner records, prices each parcel, and scrubs your file so it's ready to be mailed in seconds. You can search for land or homes, search by a wide variety of criteria, export to a spreadsheet and you’re ready to mail. If you’re looking for land, they even tell you what to offer based on the sold comps. A similar functionality is coming soon for homes.
