In this episode I'd like to introduce you to 8-10 minute technique that is going to change your state of mind. I call is state changed because it's really affecting you physically and emotionally and allows you to change your negative thoughts, anxiety or just overthinking into a much more peaceful state. It includes the following parts: 1. 2min of stretching your hands apart to the side and holding them in the air (pointing fingers point upwards) 2. 1min of saying 'thank you're out loud 3. 1min of fast exhale 4. 45sec of holding exhaled and empty lungs followed by 15sec of holding lungs full of air 5. 2min of meditation I tend to use it in my morning routine and see beautiful benefits.
