One in 5 guns are sold without a background check.
Cut gun violence in half by 2024 through background checks, renewal of the assault weapons ban, and enactment of extreme risks laws.
When fatal car accidents were prolific in the 1950s and 1960s, lawmakers responded to save lives. The same should be done for gun violence.
