Nathalie talks about what it takes to swim in the open waters, what it means and how to do it.

My favourite quote of this episode is "I think the open water swimming for me is really good for my mental health. It helps me unwind at the end of the day or even at the beginning of the day. It's a great start to the day. I find the salt water, especially in the ocean, really invigorating and it has a lot of health benefits as well. Yeah, so it means a lot to me. Apart from me being a competitive person naturally, it has a lot of health benefits and it's also a sport that you can keep going doing until you're 90 years old. It's doesn't have a lot of impact on your joints because it's a weight bearing exercise. It's a great, cardio activity and yeah, it's just, it's one of those things that you can keep on doing. A lot of longevity in that sport."
