My guest today is Sarah Smith. Sarah grew up in Ireland where her family owned a Wholefoods Store. She then spent nearly a decade in an unhealthy relationship that lead her to reach for food for comfort. After leaving that situation, she transformed her body and became a fitness professional, gym owner, and athlete.
