Studies from the US and around the world indicates that vitamin D can cut the positivity rate of Covid-19 infections by half in individuals with a vitamin D level of at least 55 ng/ml, and additionally lowers the risk of hospitalization, severe complications, and death as well. The starting dose of vitamin D is 10,000 IU daily in normal healthy adults. On this regimen personally, I developed a blood vitamin D level of 38 after one week.
