Cedric was one of the standout stars of this year's QF stage of the CrossFit Games and is, clearly, one of the nicest and most conversational stars in the making when it comes to the people-facing side of the sport. We discussed his fortitude in choosing to do all of the QF events quickly last weekend (so he could head for a fishing trip), how he found the sport of Fitness and his love for country music and the UK television show, Love Island. Well worth a listen!
