2 cup veggie broth

1 cup of peas

1/2 cup of greek yogurt plain

2 tsp ground mustard

squirt of lemon juice

1/4 cup of onion

3 cups of spinach

2 cups of mushrooms

3 garlic cloves

3-4 cups of brussel sprouts

1/2 cup of balsamic vinigarette

2 tbsp of worcheshire sauce

Optional: parmesan sprinkles
