Petr Ludwig just moved from Czech Republic (where he is quite famous) to New York. He is a science popularizer, podcaster, entrepreneur, consultant and – the author of the bestselling book "The End of Procrastination" which is dedicated to overcoming the habit of putting off tasks and responsibilities. His book has been translated into more than 10 languages and sold over hundreds of thousands of copies globally. In our interview we look at practical tools and strategies that help fighting procrastination and we look at why getting stuff done is making us happier and being happy makes us getting stuff done and why helping others is the most selfish (and healthiest!) thing you can do. Enjoy!
