Today on the show we have the head coach of Penn State University Men’s Lacrosse, Jeff Tambroni. Coach Tambroni is a graduate of Hobart University. He was the 2009 Di Coach of the Year. He was the 2011 CAA Coach of the Year. And, he was an assistant coach for the 2014 Men’s National Team. Coach Tambroni has coached 8 seasons for the Nittany Lions. He ranks 9th among all active coaches in win percentage. Before coming to Penn State Coach Tambroni spent 10 seasons as the head coach at Cornell University. Before that he was an assistant coach at Loyola, and for his alma mater at Hobart. Coach Tambroni and I touched on a lot of subjects this episode like working hard at what you love, embracing challenges, the cycle of leadership, maturity as a leader, living the investment at Penn State and much more.
