Today on the show we have Kyle Harrison. Kyle was a graduate of Hopkins. He was a three-time All-American and a Three-time Tewaarton Trophy finalist. He was the 2005 NCAA Player of the Year. He was a two-time Midfielder of the year. He led Hopkins to a national championship in 2005 and he’s a member of the All-Time Johns Hopkins team. He was the number draft pick in the 2005 MLL draft. He’s been an MLL All-Star multiple times. And he’s been a member of Team USA in 2006 and again in 2014. Kyle and I played against each other in college and a little in the MLL. We got a chance to talk about a bunch of topics like deliberate practice, understanding your game, eating right, time management, developing confidence under pressure, commitment, and much more. The GameChanger Lacrosse Podcast is about talking to people who have dedicated their life to the game of lacrosse and learning about who they are, how they got to where they are today, and what they do to improve themselves and their teams.
