Today on the show we have Lyle Thompson. Lyle is someone who needs no introduction. He currently plays for the Chesapeake Bayhawks and the Georgia Swarm. He’s the record holder for most career points in NCAA history with 400 and assists with 225. He’s a two-time Tewaaraton Award winner. One of those times he was co-winner with his brother Miles. He’s a two-time winner of the Turnbull Award for the nations top attackman. And this summer, he won a bronze medal with the Iroquois Nationals. During this conversation, you’ll hear someone who, in his words, fell in love with the game. We got a chance to talk about how he studies defensemen, how he avoided bad habits as a young player, how he plays at different speeds, and much more. Here’s my interview w/ Lyle Thompson.
